Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Consumables Delivery

Gappey Gold Coins, avatar frames, entrance rides, and virtual gifts are digital consumables delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Once coins are credited or spent, transactions are final and non-refundable.

2. Failed Transactions & Automatic Refunds

If your bank account or UPI has been debited but coins were not credited due to network timeouts:

• Our automated reconciler verifies and credits orders within 15–30 minutes.
• If unfulfilled, the amount is automatically refunded by Cashfree Payments back to your source payment method within 5–7 business days.
