1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing Gappey, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Strict 18+ Rule

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account, participate in voice rooms, or purchase virtual goods. Providing false age details will result in immediate account termination.

3. Entertainment-Only Games (Online Gaming Act 2025 Compliance)

Gappey is an entertainment platform, NOT a gambling or real-money gaming app. In accordance with the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, games are played with free virtual Silver tokens. Silver cannot be bought, sold, traded, or redeemed for fiat currency (₹).

4. Virtual Goods & Game-Money Separation

Gold Coins are purchased virtual tokens used strictly for social gifting and cosmetic features. Diamonds are creator rewards subject to KYC and TDS regulations. Silver is strictly game-only.

5. Payments & Merchant Processing

Payments are processed via authorized payment aggregators, including Cashfree Payments. Virtual items are delivered immediately upon confirmation.
